              ST 98  CNC SYSTEM

  Your PATRIOT machine comes with an all steel enclosure as part of its
standard package. Designed for easy removal with 6 bolts, your CNC package
 will be fully installed by us, or you may use this enclosure to build your own
electronics.  It comes complete with all pre-drilled holes for twin cooling fans,
 driver mounts, RS232 cable, molex plugs for 4 axes, external fuses for each
driver, home/limit , auxillary plugs, motor disengage switch and lighted power
switch.  The PATRIOT machine is fitted with mounting points for stepper or servo
motors on X, Y and Z axes. The tooth belt drive pulleys are pre-mounted.  The pulleys
 for the motors are included in the accessory box along with a 4th bracket mount, shield
and pulley assembly for attachment of power drive for the mill head casting.
The PATRIOT has been carefully engineered for those who wish to buy a turn-key
CNC machining center or for those who prefer to start out in manual mode and
upgrade to CNC in the future.
