ST 66

The ST 66 is a micrometer base.  Made of heavy cast iron for stability, it will hold micrometers of any size.  Often when measuring a lot of parts, the heat from your hands can cause the micrometer body to begin to expand, causing changes in the measurements.  By clamping your micrometer in this stand, your measurements will remain precise and you will have both hands free.
