RACING BRAKES AND FLYWHEELS
This young company is into sport compact racing and
performance parts. Prior to purchasing a BRIDGEMILL machine, they were
spending thousands of dollars in machine work for their many
prototypes. Now they are doing the work in - house and the
machine has paid for itself just in the machining time, not to mention
the sales of their parts.

Step one is to machine the base rotor from billet. The BRIDGEMILL
is the only machine available with the necessary swing diameter for
this type of operation.

The carbon fiber material is then bonded to the base unit ( secret
method) and a special mounting bracket is machined.

All built- now its off to the trade shows!!
Now that the stopping stuff is done- its on to the go fast parts-

To get power out of those small engines you need lightweight rotating
parts. Flywheels and clutches can take a lot of weight away
without opening the motor.

Once again, you can't put a chunk of metal like this in a wimpy little
machine. The BRIDGEMILL has the weight, the bearings and the
Horsepower to handle this kind of work.

Once the turning is done, switch to milling operations and further
lighten the flywheel. The TRI POWER machine is equipped with a
spindle indexer as a standard feature to allow you to lay out these
holes without the use of the expensive rotary table.
WHY LIMIT YOURSELF?

Once you build your confidence, your possibilities are unlimited.
Our guys are now into designing pistons.
