ONE MAN HELICOPTER

This customer lived not far from our shop and visited us a number of times while shopping for his first machine.  Even though he wanted to build his one man helicopter, he had absolutely no machining experience.  We gave him some advice on which tooling would be necessary and he picked up his machine at our shop.  To be frank, we thought he was taking on too complex a project for a beginner.  Over the next few months he stopped in several time to report on his progress and all he was learning about machining.  Then about a year later he sent us photos of his project and told us that he had completed the helicopter and entered it in an air show where he was awarded   " BEST in CLASS".  A truly amazing accomplishment for a beginner.

Doing nice work is something to take pride in, but if your work is keeping you suspended hundreds of feet in the air, you also need to know that it is totally reliable.

All the components are custom built.
